Just a quick note. I got this same message today and after searching around on this site found a suggestion to type activate into my start menu. I did this, and got the option to activate my version of windows 7 again. It was immediately successful and the problem disappeared. Thanks you!! And I hope this message hopes others as well.

You may want to start a new thread of your own, and post an MGADiag report so that we can check it for you.
Windows doesn't often come up with the message for no reason.

Both your Windows and Office installation are counterfeit.
Windows, because your machine was manufactured a year before Win7 was released, but it's claiming to have been preinstalled by the manufacturer.
Office, because it was installed using a Blocked Volume License Key.

Reformat and reinstall using the manufacturer's Recovery media - order it from them if you don't already have a set, and you've deleted the Recovery partition which came with the PC.

The other option is to purchase a license and disks for Windows 7 and reformat/reinstall using that
