Hi,
I tried to install SP1 on my friends pc with Windows 7 Home Premium x64.
I got the Errormessage "ERROR_SXS_INVALID_IDENTITY_ATTRIBUTE_NAME(0x8007370b)"
Next Step: Running CheckSUR, which fixed a few errors, but stated an anavailable repair file in the CheckSUR.log:
Code:

I guess it means the file msil_system.workflow.componentmodel.resources_31bf3856ad364e35_6.1.7600.16385_de-de_0324b6e85d49c469.manifest.

Something seems to have corrupted the name!
With Google on my side, i found this helpful article:
Advanced guidelines for diagnosing and fixing servicing corruption
According to it, the .manifest file should be located in my Windows/winsxs folder but it doesnt. However, there is a subfolder with the (correct) name containing System.Workflow.ComponentModel.resources.dll.
I aquired the correct .manifest from another Computer and followed the instructions in the article.
When i restarted CheckSUR nothing changed as CheckSUR was searching for the misspelled name.
Im running out of ideas what to do next, any help would be highly appreciated.
And what could have caused the mixed up name, i am almost sure it must be a defect Hard Drive? Its one of those new SSDs...
By the way, my friend got me involved because he failed to install Micrsoft XNA 3.1 Redistributable with a similar error, so im attaching the CBS.log in case it helps... I am planning to sort that out later.
Thanks
