You apparently have a download problem. Check here whether there is something that might help: http://support.microsoft.com/ph/6527

Especially look at this one: The progress bar stops responding at 0 percent when you click "Download and install" There is a Fix-it download.

Thanks But The second Link You sent me says

"To resolve this problem in Microsoft Windows 98 or in Microsoft Windows Millennium Edition, follow these steps:"

And im on windows 7 it also says

"If you are usng different operating system, try the methods in "More Information" Section."

Shows The Same Page But A box comes up to run microsft fix it But iv'e already done that it fixed somthing but my update still stays on 0%

Hmm, suggest you stop your AV program and test it then. Something is holding up the downloads and the AV program would be my first suspect. What AV program do you have?

Operating with corrupted system files that the system file checker cannot fix is not such a good idea. I suggest you do a system repair to fix those files first. System Recovery Options

I disabled my Av , and attempted to install 1 update for windows 7 x64 Based Sys

and it started to download and its now stuck on 32% heres a screen shot .

If you want any screen shots of anything that will help you see what the problem is like what updates need to be installed or somthing else let me no ill upload one , like a screen shot of a place that shows windows update error logs ect ?

It would be nice to know how the fix came about - even if we only have a good laugh.
