    Windows 7 HP

I bought a Family Pack, 3 upgrades, of W7 HP. I used it to upgrade from Vista HP. Both are full retail versions. I have the Product Keys for both the Vista and the W7.

I have installed all three of the Family Pack W7 HP upgrades.

I installed one of the 3 W7 HP upgrades on an Intel Board D975XBX2 which has failed and which Intel does not maintain for W7. I want to install W7 HP as a clean install on an Intel DP67BG machine which I have assembled successfully through POST. I would like to install W7 HP from the upgrade Family Pack in place of the installation I had on the failed D975XBX2 board.I don't want any problems with Microsoft about using the W7 HP Family Pack 4X instead of the alloted 3X.

    What must I do?

Should be no problem - you just need to use telephone activation to confirm the eligibility, and/or use the clean install routine here...

The automatic activation by telephone wizard is painless.

Click the Start button and in the Search box type in: slui.exe 4

Press Enter and choose your country from the list then follow the instructions for telephone activation at no charge.
