Windows 7 - Windows Update info stored in SoftwareDistribution

| | Windows Update info stored in SoftwareDistribution does any one know if i was to save the updates stored in windows\SoftwareDistribution if i could use the files so i dont have to download again / put in custom install |

Technically speaking, there is a compilcated procedure, which does work, but actually, there is very little of value in there. To save disk space, once Windows Update has finished with an installer in that folder, it deletes it, and so there is actually very little of value in there, because it has all already been deleted. | | ok i tried to move files i saved from the download folder(cabs within folders) and it tried to download them again so i guess you cant |
