* As stated above we DO NOT support cracking.

* Windows 7 Original you say.
How to know you're buying genuine Windows - Microsoft Windows

* If what you say is correct your Laptop should be under Warranty.

What make, model, and brand is your Laptop?

With what version of Windows did it come?

Have you tried to restore it to the factory condition using the recovery partition as per the instructions in the user manual?

Have you made the recovery disks when you got it first?

If it is a genuine OEM installation, you will have the version and the key for that version on the COA sticker and it should be possible to reinstall/activate the same version.

However , since your laptop may still be covered under warranty, you should first contact the OEM and get the problem resolved as advised by JMH.

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool (download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
- **in your own thread**, please
Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine, but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
