Update Error

Window7 service pack 1 for x64-based system (KB976932) is failing to update together with the 2007 Microsoft Office suite service pack 3 (SP3). I have disabled my window defender and Avira antivirus but still could not update. thats where the error message codes below came from.
SP1 update always fails to install on my window 7 premium edition with the following error codes: code 80072EFE error and code 80200010 error.
Please your urgent assistance will be appreciated.

Win 7 Ultimate 64-bit. SP1.

Suggest you do SP1 first.
When that has installed successfuly wait a day or so before attempting Office 2007.

See if this is of any help.

Win7 SP1 wont't install, stops at 15% error codes 80072EFE and - Microsoft Answers
