Windows 7 Ultimate x64 Retail SP1

(SP1) Installation was not successful: 0x80073712

I have an HP running Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit experiencing the following error when attempting the Service Pack 1 update:

ERROR_SXS_COMPONENT_STORE_CORRUPT(0x80073712)

I ran both System File Checker (SFC) and Check System Update Readiness (CheckSUR) tools and neither seemed to notice any issues. I also tried a repair install (from within Windows using retail disc), which failed:

Code:
"Setup can't continue. Restart the computer and restart Setup. When prompted, try getting the latest updates."
I tried this multiple times and I had already checked "check online to get latest updates." Nothing seems to be working.

My CBS Log and [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SideBySide\] registry export is attached.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Notes: I do not have any discs from HP. I do have a disc copy of Windows 7 Home Premium 64 Bit: GRMCHPXFRER_EN_DVD.
