| | Windows Update keeps reminding me of updates I don't want to install? Hi there, Windows update keeps sending me reminders for updates I want to disregard, particularly "Windows Malicious Software Tool". Is there any way to tell the system once I un-check that particular update that I don't want it and don't desire to be prompted to download it all the time? Cheers!  |

| | All you need do is go to Windows Updates and right-click the update in question then choose Hide. If you later decide you want to install the update just click 'Restore hidden updates'.
