Windows XP - Now Windows 7 Home Premium (64-bit).

Is windows activated?

If it is you can try this:

“Test Mode Windows 7 Build 7601" Watermark - Remove from Desktop

Open a cmd window with administrator rights and run this command:

Bcdedit.exe -set TESTSIGNING OFF

Reboot the PC and the test mode should go away.

If you changed the hardware, or date on the computer and have an oem copy you may need to re-activate

Where did you get win 7?

A few things we need to know first about your copy of Windows 7
  1. Where did you buy it?
  2. What type is it? (Retail,OEM or Factory Installed)
  3. Have you activated it before on this machine or another?

Thanks,
Josh

I did a while back But today i just replaced my noisy stock heatsink fan with the corsair h60
But other than that nothing has been replaced in the past 7 months and this only just occurd

Also it says its automaticly activated in 2 days time? does that mean i lose my windows 7 or does that fix it?

Win 7 x64 Home Premium (and x86 VirtualBox VM)

Neither
Since your machine came with Windows pre-installed, it's based on an OEM license.
OEM Licenses are invalidated by replacing hte motherboard outside warranty conditions - you will have to purchase a new Full Retail license for Windows.

When your machine goes ouside the Grace period, you will get a non-genuine notification, and the backgrund will go black. You will also lose access to certain things.
You will, however be able to coninue using the machine pretty much as normal.

Once you've bought a new license, you can simply swap the Key into the current install (assuming you buy the same edition as currently installed.
