Preparing to configure windows Stuck

help guys about this last night my computer , automatic update then after i restart my pc preparing to configure windows appear and got stuck ! pls help !

Try using the system restore to undo the changes, then uninstall the antivirus and try installing the updates again. I found this issue after the November 2012 'update tuesday' on a PC running Avast Free Antivirus. After two hours going round in circles with the problem, I removed Avast and the updates went straight in no problem.

Then try putting the antivirus back on and see if it's still OK, or use a different AV.
