FWIW, and possibly too late, here is my analysis of the report....

The motherboard is an ASUS - and appears to be a netbook (Review Asus N82JV Notebook - Notebookcheck.net Reviews)

The Key is one for an ASUS computer, using Home premium.
The SLIC table is missing from the installation (hence, from the BIOS) - This often implies that the system was supplied without any OS installed, although it can also mean that the BIOS has been updated with a non-compliant version.

Since you discovered the COA Key, and managed to activate with that, it's probably due to a non-compliant BIOS update.

I'd be grateful if you could please post a new MGADiag report so that we can check the output.

That looks fine - to clear the last error in the report, you should validate at www.microsoft.com/genuine/validate - when it passes, you'll be offered MSE and IE9.
(You ton't have to take them!)
