Windows 7: These 10 updates(only these 10) wont update.

These 10 updates(only these 10) wont update.

1. Security Update for .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for x64-based Systems (KB2518869)

2. Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for x64-based Systems (KB2572077)

3. Security Update for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 on Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 for x64-based Systems (KB2633873)

4. Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2564958)

5. Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2579686)



6. Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2588516)

7. Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2620712)


8. Security Update for Windows 7 for x64-based Systems (KB2645640)

Ok so keeping it simple these 10 (important update will not download to my computer. every other update has installed to perfection.. whats up with theses?

1. Try installing them one at a time.

2. If that doesn't work, download and run the latest version of Microsoft's System Updates Readiness Tool, the link is for the 64-bit version as per your system.

Re your .NET Framework updates.

I suggest you do those one at a time.
Reboot after each.

The others I would do a few at a time.

*** Avoid doing all of them at the same time.***

Anyone else have something of mine im still having trouble. oh and when i look in my add/remove programs i have ( .NET frame 4 client profile).

WHat error message do you get when you look in the install history?

I would try installing them in the Safe Mode with Network connection. This method very often succeeds.
