Here is the error when trying to install "Visual C++ 2008 SP1 Redistributable Package (x86)"

error 1935.An error occurred during the installation of assembly
'Microsoft.VC90.ATL,version="9.0.30729.1",publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18e3b",
processorArchitecture="86x",type="Win32"'.Please refer to help and support for

Please Help with this issue. I hate it.

I believe this has something to do with the windows update I installed previously. I am not 100% sure I did install it before the errors started happening, but I am pretty sure. I have full administrative permissions. I was able to install a ".NET" frame work, however, it did not fix my problem.
