Windows 7 SP1 Update error

I have tried the readiness tool and fixit programs I have disabled avg while installing
I have done everything it says
I keep getting ERROR_NO_SIGNATURE
and 800b0100 error everytime I try to install windows 7 sp1 update

Go in order as suggested from method 1 - 12.
