I am getting a bunch of update errors. I have not been able to get SP1 installed and it seems as if the system readiness tool is not cooperating well either. I have attached my CBS logs so you can see if that helps pinpoint the issue.
As an update, when I run the system readiness tool, it asks if I want to install hotfix for windows KB947821, I do and it stays it installed successfully but when I reboot and run the readiness tool again, it wants to install the same thing again.

I actually had already done that, what I did is cleaned the CBS logs and tried everything again, so I would have fewer things to look at trying to pin point the issue. There is a post on this board that I think is similar to the issue I am having, here it is: Windows 7 service pack 1 update problem
I get the "Error: ERROR_SXS_COMPONENT_STORE_CORRUPT(0x80073712) message too.
Possible - I didn't notice that the persist log actually dated back to 2009/2010, that is totally useless for our purposes.
There is still no record of any SFC being run in today's log - and without seeing some sort of result for that it's impossible to know what state the system files are in.
Please run a new SFC and reboot, then post the new CBS log.
