boot cd not boot?

I followed directions given by you nice folks after setting the cd drive to boot it loads a blank screen.

Main issue is simply windows has a lot erros, random restarts, updater will keep trying update same files over over but never apply... Its a problem I can just not fix and computer still works but I also am told that a clean install will be much faster and is the only way to repair all the problems I have had.

So whats the problem here? If it won't load should just reburn the boot cd? It seems like its correct when look at it? could download of been bad or something or the burner?

Did you get to the menu where you can choose what to boot off of?

Did you get a message on the top left of the screen saying" Press any key to boot from CD" - maybe you missed that.

however when I go to the dvd it shows a boot up.. could I of burnt it wrong?

So whats the problem here? If it won't load should just reburn the boot cd? It seems like its correct when look at it? could download of been bad or something or the burner?
