"This copy of Windows 7 is not authentic." But it is!!

I have suddenly notice that when I place my mouse over the View Desktop button at the bottom right hand corner of the screen, there is a message telling me that my version of Windows 7 is not authentic. But it is, and was pre-installed on my laptop when I bought it!! How can I get rid of this annoying message?

You should be getting a Window with activation keys to punch in and a 1-800 or 1-888 number. Call Microsoft and they'll help you do it quicker than having to do any edits in the registry or whatever. I've had this problem happen to me the other day. Don't worry, it'll work. Found this link here..... Activation fails when you try to activate Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows Server 2008 or Windows Server 2008 R2 over the Internet

To properly analyse and solve problems with Activation and Validation, we need to see a full copy of the report produced by the MGADiag tool
(download and save to desktop - http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=52012 )
    Once saved, run the tool.
Click on the Continue button, which will produce the report.
To copy the report to your response, click on the Copy button in the tool (ignore any error messages at this point), and then paste (using either r-click/Paste, or Ctrl+V ) into your response.
    - **in your own thread**, please
Please also state the Version and Edition of Windows quoted on your COA sticker (if you have one) on the case of your machine (or inside the battery compartment), but do NOT quote the Key on the sticker!
    How to Tell
