Had the same problem today, telephone activation sorted it, hope I don't have to do it again, I must admit that I had done a few fresh installs over the last month but surely that's my business? I like a fresh system. Just MS protecting themselves I guss but it is a bit over the top. Will not do a fresh install for a month or 2 now and see if I am back on the trusted list
Why not make life easy for yourself and make an image/backup of your system?
That way you have system that is ready for use, with at least the updates that you had already installed, and in less than half the time.

Yes, will have to look into that. Thanks. I suppose tho an image back up not a really clean install, who knows whats in the backup? I have a good net connection and I like starting from scratch
