19 updates every time I turn off my computer; all fail

Good evening!
I have problems with Windows 7 updates. Every time I turn off my computer, I have 19 updates and they all fail.
Mostly Security Updates and some others.
I have tried the Fix Its and troubleshooting, but nothing seems to help.

Hereby I have attached my failed update log.
Please help!
