Welcome to the forum Ruirego.
You haven't installed them so they are not in your disk.

If you don't want them to keep getting offered you can right click on each one and select hide update.

ok thanks,

it's that the option on windows update is "download updates and let me choose whether to install..." so I thought the executable file was downloaded to my PC.

In the ultimate edition of windows7 you have the choice to install whatever languge you choose from 35 languages coming with the said version.
