Windows 7: Cant install IE9! unknown error to windows.

Hi,

So when ever I get an update notice to update Internet explorer 9 and I try updating it, it always cancel because of some weird error that windows cant troubleshoot. I try downloading it from the Microsoft website, and it doesn't install. It says it does but I still end up with ie7. I know tootle chrome is 100x better but I have it and I think upgrading it will boost my system performance a bit. So can anyone help?

Not able to yet.. sorry. My Internet connection is screwed up..so a lot of tips ive been getting from my other threads are unable to be done..

Okay, now that i fixed my internet problems, i'm trying your steps now.

I am so..so so sorry to bump, but it isn't allowed to create a new topic based on the same issue, and this hasn't been fixed yet..

I know I bumped which was a bad thing, but no assistance at all?
