    That's the most likely reason - burn it again at the slowest possible speed you can (and tick the validation option if you have one).
    Other possibilities include a bad download, or bad RAM

    @Golden

    And that USB installer works with Windows 7's installer .iso? I checked the Windows 7 Installer on step 1, but what does it mean by Linux Distribution? Does it matter if this is for linux to begin with?

    Also which USB device do I select to boot first? Usb fdd, usb zip, usb cdrom, or usb hdd?

    Ignore that for the moment - it's for use if the DVD fails eventhough everything else checks out.

    Well the problem is all my discs are having issues on my other computer's and won't properly burn the .iso. The USB was the only device that managed to work properly, odd I know.

    There is a dedicated MS tool for creating the Windows 7 USB installer

    The USB program by Microsoft is also giving me trouble, I'm quite fed up with these programs and I highly appreciate both the patience, and wonderful help to try to get me through this, but I'm going to end up using my sister's CD which I know works. Is there any harm in this I recall you mentioning hardware issues were prevented with the media rehash?

    It is an RTM model OS from my sister's CD, but personally I don't know whether or not this matters. I acknowledge that it's one of the beginning models of the OS of Windows 7, but I can't get any of the .iso's to work. I've tried downloading them to see if they're corrupt, and none of the burning works, and the USB program gave me 2 errors in a row, one revolving around the iso not being valid, which I fixed by downloading it again, and now the program not wanting to copy my files...

    There should be no problem with the ISO - was it failing validation (in which case the burner has a problem, or you have RAM problems)
    If the ISO burn was passing validation, then either you have a bad download, or the machine you're installing to has bad RAM (or a bad reader).

    Okay I got the installer to work with a USB using the Linux program, but it's still saying files are missing/corrupt.

    I used a different USB flash drive btw.

    In that case the download must be corrupt - redownload it

    Alright, I'll try it again.

    EDIT: Do I need the bootmgr to actually install Windows 7?
