Windows 7: Windows is not genuine - started a few months ago

So... randomly a few months ago i started getting messages usually every hour saying that Windows 7 is not genuine - unfortunately since my computer fails i cannot seem to download the tool MS gives me - here are some details from Microsoft Genuine Advantage Diagnostic Tool -
