Well I disabled it before, but I enabled it again two days ago.

Well currently, I have Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes. I'm planning on getting rid of those so I can put in my Norton 360 Service.

If there were any pre-installed it would be McAfee (the thought of that company makes me pissed..lol) and Windows Defender if that counts. What exactly do you mean by activated? Like if I bought the full thing after the one month trial? Then no. It was pre-installed, and after the trial ended I got Norton 360 in June last year.

Please correct the typo
SC QC MPSSVC

It seems likely that there's residuals from earlier AV's which are interfering
Please run the Norton Removal tool to clear up any mess it's left behind, and also the McAfee MCPR tool

download both and save to the desktop.

Reboot and run the Norton tool - do NOT do anything else - then reboot on clompletion, whether it asks for it or not.

Now run the MCPR tool - again, do NOT do anything else - then reboot on completion.

then try the upgrade again

Uhm, there wasnt anything to download for the McAfee one. I only deactivated my acct. Is that supposed to happen?
And if so, I tried the Upgrade again and the same error showed.
