    Hi,

We need the full, unedited diagnostic report to troubleshoot this issue (not a partial screen capture).

Re-run the report, then click the copy button (ignore any errors that pop-up) and then use CTRL+V to paste it here in your next reply.

    Regards,

What full version? I have no Internet on my computer so I had to send a Screenshot to my kindle fire. I'm not exactly sure how to add it here from my computer..

    NoelDP check my last post.

The license showing in the screencap is for a Dell machine with Win7 Starter installed.
WE DO need the full and unedited report if we're to make any sense of what you say.

You can save the report to a TXT file and the post it

You have not installed the WAT update - which limits the usefulness of the report.
You say that you have no internet connectivity on this machine - yet the Inspiron comes with built-in WiFi, and an Ethernet port. What is the problem there?

You have a counterfeit copy of Office Enterprise 2007 installed (unless you acquired it through your college or employer).

The SLIC table in the BIOS looks a little odd. Please tell us EXACTLY what the COA sticker on the case (or possibly in the battery compartment) says - but DO NOT include the actual Key.

:I don't use enterprise anyways. I'm not so sure how my friend put it here anyways.

Can I install/upgrade the stuff you said were old/not installed on my laptop?

Coa: Windows 7 Starter SNPC OA. That's al it says since the rest is faded..

The COA sounds OK - at least it matches the installation.

Yes, you can install the WAT Update - either using Windows Update as KB971033, or direct from Description of the update for Windows Activation Technologies - you'll need the 32-bit (x86) version.

I doubt it will make any difference to your problem, though.

What EXACT error message do you get when you attempt to use the Anytime Upgrade procedure?

(You have retrieved the proper Key from MS, rather than attempting to input the PIN from the AU package?)

Nah that was the product key. I have a screenshot of the error message. Idk if it will be of any help though.
