On the other hand, Which version of windows do you have? Why did that way work well with you, but with me not? Did you mean that I have create a shortcut instead of a new folder and then put that command as a name of the shortcut. Because as I said before that the name of the folder was incorrect because it contains brackets.
Even for you, how do you run any command with typing it with this way as long as the folder is still empty even it its name is that command.
