Windows 7 stating not genuine, although it is activated

I am repeatedly being prompted that Windows is not genuine, however when i press Winkey+Pause in the System Properties it shows that Windows is activated. Not sure where to look next, I've ran Trend Micro AntiVirus Scan and am currently running Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Full Scan in case some type of malware is causing the problem. I've also ran MGAdiag, below is the log. Please advise if you can, thank you!

Try this download that will walk you through the process: Genuine Microsoft Software

Here is online validation that might help: What is validation and how does it work? - Microsoft Windows

Are you getting any kind of error code? Let me know if these work for you

I'm going to have more time with the computer these afternoon so I can double-check because I do believe there was an error code. Thank you!

There are noobvios errors in the report.
It's likely that you are suffering a race condition, which is preventing proper assessment of the licensing status in a timely manner, with the resulting notification.
Such conditions are notoriously difficult to troubleshoot.

They are normally caused by either malware, or by over-zealous AV's

I did find some errors in the event viewer System log stating event id 9 "the device, \\device\ide\iastor0, did not respond within the timeout period." I updated the SATA contoller via the latest Intel Rapid Storage Technology driver from the manufacturer (Lenovo) as well as other drivers and after rebooting the genuine popup has not appeared. Thanks!

There's no real indication that the IRST drivers had anything to do with the non-genuine issue - when they do, there is generally a very specific error pattern.

Interesting result, though - thanks for letting us know.
