Windows Update Screen with no text after SP1 Update
Hi, after I updated my Windows 7 (x64) sytem to SP1, Windows Update doesn't show any text, just the images (you can see a screenshot in the attachments)

Also, when I opened msconfig.exe and navigated to the services tab, I din't see the Windows Update Service.

Type services.msc in the start search bar, click on the icon. Scroll down wo Windows Update and make sure it's started. Set it to automatic or manual, as you see fit.

I tried it, but the Windows Update Service does not appear in the list.

If you like, you could use the tutorial below to download and restore the Windows Update service and it's default settings to hopefully help afterwards.
