Windows 7: Explorer.exe not responding after some Windows 7 updates

I have Dell Latitude E6510 with Windows 7 Pro.
Most Windows update install without problem.
Some updates cause explorer.exe stop responding.
I tried many expert ways to repair (no problem: I have a perfectly running image disk).
The 3 Windows updates that cause the problem are
- Windows 7 sp1 KB976932
- Update for Windows 7 RB2640148
- Security update for Windows 7 KB2691442 (but not the other Security update for Windows 7)
- Windows malicious software removal KB890830
There is something common in these updates that make explorer.exe hang: WHAT? and WHAT SOLUTION?
