Yes. I wanted to know why. I restarted a few times but still see the right screen.

Well, it does show that you are using the correct COA number.
You might see if doing the "Validate Now" Windows and Diagnostics options to see what they come up with next.
Its genuine.
I saw this just now and and notice that this guy has the same problem as me. Should i go into Command Prompt to try this?

Yeah, I would use step 3 in the tutorial below a try to uninstall the product key number and activate again afterwards to see if that may sort it.
