    Yes. I wanted to know why. I restarted a few times but still see the right screen.

    Well, it does show that you are using the correct COA number.

    You might see if doing the "Validate Now" Windows and Diagnostics options to see what they come up with next.

    Its genuine.

    I saw this just now and and notice that this guy has the same problem as me. Should i go into Command Prompt to try this?
    'This copy of Windows is not activated.' when it is...

    Yeah, I would use step 3 in the tutorial below a try to uninstall the product key number and activate again afterwards to see if that may sort it.

    No. That's just there to show you what you will see if you restart the computer without activating first.

    You would just need to activate Windows as usual again. :)

    I restarted the computer and it prompted me to enter the product key. However after i entered, it still the same. I wonder why the logo and icon just won't appear.
