Hi,
OK.....running ComboFix unassisted can render your computer completely useless, and perhaps this is what happened. That software is extremely dangerous to play around with if you don't know what you are doing..
You should try a repair install, but depending on how bad your corruptions are, I think you might end up having to do a format + clean install. Repair Install Clean Install Windows 7 Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7

In your programs I see many Apple items and Coupon Printer. Apple ware sometimes causes Windows 7 issues and I would uninstall the Coupon Printer, it's just a way to track activities. See if temporarily uninstalling the Apple items may help. If a company want you to print a coupon, no special software is needed, it's part of advertising.
You might try a restore point if you have one before the update problem started. System Restore
Otherwise I'm afraid you are in for a reinstall as Golden suggested. Remember to backup your files first.
EDIT: Just an after thought, below my sig is a link to Malware Bytes, download the free one, update and do a full scan. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Home Built Desktop By DataTech OS Windows 7 Ultimate X64 SP1 CPU Intel i5-2550K, Differing ~4.4-4.8GHz No built in GPU Motherboard ASUS P8Z68-V PRO/GEN3 Memory 16GB G.Skill Sniper 2133MHz 4x4GB Graphics Card ASUS ENGTX460 DirectCU/2DI/1GD5 GeForce GTX 460 Sound Card Onboard Realtek 5-1 Monitor(s) Displays Samsung P2570HD Screen Resolution 1920x1080 Keyboard Old, beat-up Dell USB From 10 yrs Ago Mouse Gigabyte m6900 wired PSU Corsair HX650W Case Inwin Dragon Rider Cooling Hyper 212 EVO w/two Noctua fans, push-pull, @1300 RPM Hard Drives Crucial M4 128GB for OS, 750GB Seagate MomentusXT for data, 500GB Seagate Constellation for storage Internet Speed 8-19 Mbs down, 3-4 Mbs up Comcast Cable Antivirus Norton Internet Security Browser IE 9, Opera when needed Other Info 4 case fans, LG BluRay-RE, ASUS DVD-RW, Mr. Fusion power generator with flux capacitor, 1.21 gigawatts. |

Golden, I didn't try to run Combofix until after the problem started happening. I realize it wasn't a smart thing to do.
Britton30, I've already tried system restore (couple different dates) and ran malwarebytes. Neither helped. I do print coupons, and you can't print some of them without installing the software. I've been doing it for years on several different machines and never had an issue. No sure about the apple stuff, though. I only use Itunes. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit |

If it was my computer the things I would do first.
1. Remove that mass of Start Up programs/reboot
2. Remove all anti anything programs except MSE and MAM/reboot
3. Remove all 3rd party service/reboot
4. Remove all tune up programs and miracle fix it programs.reboot
5. Run complete updated scans with MSE and MAM/ reboot
6. Run sfc /scannow 3 times boot after each
7. Remove all unnecessary programs, i.e. Apple

A Clean install might be quicker and better. Reminder: After doing a Clean Install if you put all these things back on your computer in the fashion they are now you will end up with the same mess again. | My System Specs | | Computer type PC/Desktop System Manufacturer/Model Number Home made Desktop OS Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit. Of course, this won't go smoothly.
I started the repair install as per your instructions using the ISO file. It starts to install and then after a few seconds, i get "windows could not find information about the discs on this computer" and install quits.
When I go into the device manager and look at the two hard drives I have installed, the volume tab is not populated. If I click "populate", I get "volume information for this disk cannot be found". I read on another post to turn virtual disk on, but that didn't help. | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32 bit |
