Missing Manifest file prevents SP1 download

Hi
I accidentally interrupted the download of Service Pack 1 for Windows 7 64 bit, and since then I cannot get Windows update to download SP1. I ran the CheckSUR.log and I've identified the problem to be a missing manifest file.
Below is an extract from the log file:

Summary:
Seconds executed: 279
Found 1 errors
CSI Manifest Failed Catalog Check Total count: 1
Unavailable repair files:
winsxs\manifests\amd64_microsoft-windows-ie-setup-support_31bf3856ad364e35_9.4.8112.16421_none_3a6ef366311d0c19.manifest.
Could you possibly send me a copy of the file which can be found in C:\Windows\Temp\CheckSUR\winsxs\manifests
I am running Windows 7 64-bit 2009
Thankyou

Jim
