    Windows 7 Build 7601 This Copy of Windows is not genuine?


    Ive had a black screen for a long time now and I everytime i open my computer they are asking me to get windows 7. Few months ago i sent my computer to gateway since it was broken and not long after its started doing this windows 7 build 7601 is not genuine... Need Help please! Here is my MGADiag....

    It seems that key is a leaked key:

    Which means that microsoft will block the genuine activation.

    what is a leaked key? and when i bought my computer back in october my windows 7 was working fin and i have a windows 7 sticker on my laptop which means it came with it.. does that mean gateway stole my key when i sent it for reperations?

    No it means somehow that someone else also had that key and leaked it out to the public via torrent, generator, ect..

    Not necessarily. But to make sure do the following:

    Click the start orb > right click computer and choose properties -> Wait a few seconds, and wait for a Windows Activated to pop up. Try to activate. If it does not work then you are either a victim of counterfeit or for some reason your Activation/Cd key has become invalid. This commonly happens if you break the EULA.

    no its says buy a new product online, type a different product key, contact gateway to help resolve this problem but how could it be a fake copy if i bought my computer and i had it and i have a sticker on computer that say windows 7.... it cannot be invalid just like that...
