Windows 7 Pro suddenly de-activated

Last night after some modem problems which may be coincidental Windows 7 PRO (OEM) suddenly de-activated. It now will not re-activate either by the normal method or by telephone. No hardware has been changed and to my knowledge no new software was installed although some of course may have been updated. I was simply attempting to browse the web. It came with a new build and has been fine since November 2011. Checking the error logs I find these related messages.

Code:
Genuine state set to non-genuine (0x00000000) for application Id 55c92734-d682-4d71-983e-d6ec3f16059f
Code:
Acquisition of genuine ticket failed (hr=0xC004C4A2) for template Id 66c92734-d682-4d71-983e-d6ec3f16059f
I ran the MGADiag tool and it produced this.

Hi Neil,

Can you add the code into a more easily read format by editing the post and surrounding it with the CODE tags like this please?

Code:
This makes everything read much easier

OK, I'll try but the MGA report doesn't seem to format properly. Sorry but I will admit I'm panicking a bit.

Hi,

Probably best to re-run MGADIAG, then use the copy button (ignore any errors if they pop-up) then use CTRL-V to paste in next reply?

What error did you get when you tried to validate? Did you use the 25 character code on the COA sticker attached to the computer?

regards,
Golden

It said the key was invalid for activation BUT an error message also popped up and vanished so quickly I wasn't able to read it which was odd. Should the resolve button on the MGA tool be greyed out?
