I don't have a VirtualPC package on my system,. Could you describe how you are installing Windows 7 SP1 and some details about your system, such as, are you running a Virtual OS version of some type?

I confess that I sent that log without really looking at it, but this isn't a VM, and to my knowledge, I don't have vmWare (or any other virtual software) installed.

I downloaded SP1 to my hard drive, and am trying to install from there.

Another odd thing, when I run SYSTEMINFO, it shows "n/a" for Hotfixes, but my Windows Update history screen shows plenty of updates.
