Here you go: Download: Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 Service Pack 1 (KB976932) - Microsoft Download Center - Download Details

The file you want is listed at the bottom and will be as follows:

64-bit: windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe
32-bit: windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe

Just click on the appropriate download tab, save the file to your HDD (copy to a USB key or CD for subsequent use) and then run it.

Hello Huffman,

You can download the standalone SP1 installers for Windows 7 at the link below. The best ones to use are either the windows6.1-KB976932-X86.exe or windows6.1-KB976932-X64.exe option depending if you have Windows 7 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64).

However, if you like, you could just download a Windows 7 w/SP1 ISO file from Digital Rivers at the link below to create a bootable DVD or USB with to use to install Windows 7 with SP1 already included in it. You would just activate it with the same product key number you are using now.

Hope this helps,
Shawn
