Windows 7: Microsoft XML Core Services 4.0

Hi guys , today i recive 2 windows update one kb973688 and kb954430 , is about XML core service , what exacly is that ? , someone validate windows on my copy product key ? in other word someone theft my product key ? , i have 2 computer and i never recive this update before , in my other computer i dont recive this update is only on this computer new i have only 15 day of use pls help what eaxcly is this update and why is only in my new computer
