Windows Update Fail Error Code 80004005/Activation Problem

I just reinstalled Windows 7 Home premium and I cannot install all windows updates, I have tried many times.

I am also having trouble activating, I tried the Key from the sticker on bottom of Laptop and I also tried a programme to find and decrypt the key from my computer.

Both are different Keys, the Key from the sticker on the bottom of my Laptop will not even let me write the whole key hence can't even try to activate that key.

This computer has had hard drive repair in the past and new image put onto it, I also have moved country if these make any difference ?

I heard I can ring, is there another way as I do not have a phone. Will ring if absolutely necessary.
