Windows 7: Windows Could Not Search For New Updates, code 80004002

Already tried the windows update reset standard and aggressive, microsoft fix it and everything I could try on this thread: Windows Update - Reset, Fix WU tool, and what was found on Error message when you try to install updates by using the Windows Update or Microsoft Update Web site: "0x80004002", however it still refuses to search for updates. Before doing the aggressive reset, it looped between installing updates and then saying it couldn't search for updates.
