mondi,
Help us to help you.
Update your SevenForums System Specs
User CP (located on the top menu bar) |
Your Profile | Edit System Spec (left-hand column)
To gather info, use Speccy (my favorite) or SIW or System Info
In the System Manufacturer Block, enter:
Ř Manufacturer and Model OR Custom build.
Ř ADD the word laptop, desktop, netbook or tablet.
For example:
Toshiba Satellite L305D notebook.
Provide full windows version info, for example:
MS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 64-bit
Use the “Other Info” block for Optical Reader,
Mouse, touchpad, wifi adapter, speakers, monitor, etc
Scroll down and click on SAVE CHANGES.
With Speccy, you can select with your mouse/touchpad info from the display
and paste that info into your specs.
SIW is a marvelous program, but the free version does not offer
this capability.
Does that laptop have a model name/number?
If 1 GB is the max memory for that mini, then even the Starter edition is going to be overtaxed.
If you can expand past 1GB (if you had included model info, then we might have been able to do that which you could do and visit the HP site to see if more memory is possible), then first increase your ram and see if your problems don't vanish.
A mini is only good for such things as surfing the web, email. Forget game playing and the likes thereof.
is there any solution to this problem? the model is hp-mini 110-3603tu , i think this problem happen on last month.
add that model name and number to your specs please.
thanks,
karl
Do you plan to expand your memory? Yes/No.
If yes, then when?

Hello ChefChaudart and welcome to the forums
Let's take a look at the log from the System Update Readiness Tool (SURT) then :) Hopefully that will shed some light on your problem. Please copy and paste the contents of this file into your next post:
