Hello! I need some help resolving this issue? Does anyone know a fix for it? I am running windows 7 home premium 64bit.

I have seen this error code associated with a malware infection - the fact that you have no anti-virus installed leads me to believe this could indeed be the issue. Please scan your entire system using the following:
