Sorry for the delay, I'm a little stretched for time at the moment, but thanks for the reminder.

A lot of those manifests are from WPF which is a component of the .NET Framework 3.0 and above, so let's try repairing these first.

Open your start menu, in the search box, type appwiz.cpl and click on it when it loads. This will show you a list of all of the programs you have installed on your computer.

On any program beginning Microsoft .NET Framework, double click on it and select Repair. You will have to do this one by one, so it might take a while Then reboot, re run the SURT then upload the log as before please.

Ran repair (only .net showing was 4); rebooted; First run of SURT crashed with "Kernel mode exception not handled" module: unknown. Following run went ok, log below (same errors)...
