Windows Automatic Updates: Time to run: Setting in AutoUnattend.xml

I develop and maintain a template Windows 7 Professional machine which I then sysprep, make an image of, and then multicast to a group of other machines.

I set the time for running Windows automatic updates to be 9:00 pm.

But this gets reset to 3:00 am somewhere either in sysprepping or during mini-setup when autounattend.xml is read.

Are there some entries I can add to autounattend.xml to set this time to 9:00 pm?

Or is there a powershell or vb script I can run to do this?

Thanks.
