Windows 7: Windows activation

I have used windows on my pc for a couple of years, it as suddenly started asking me to validate. I have entered the product code, checked it n times, but it will not recognise it and now will not allow sending email and screen saver drops out?

Where did you get this copy of Windows?

The last couple times I have installed Windows 7 I have had to call them to get Win 7 activated. They have always been very curtious and extremely helpful.

Came with PC from large national dealership and reputable IT shop.
