Here ya go...

I changed the filenames since they were the same. I prepended the filename with the last several characters of the directory from which it came.

---123fa-slc.dll.mui
---e9530-slc.dll.mui

Thanks!
Jack

I've checked the Hashes on both files and compared them with the ones on my system, and they are identical, in all three Hash tools - which pretty much rules out file corruption, but doesn't explain the odd dates.

Just in case, let's see what the CheckSUR tool can do for us....
System Update Readiness Tool fixes Windows Update errors in Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2008 R2, and Windows Server 2008
download the tool (64-bit version for Win7) and run the download - it will 'Install' and put a log file in the CBS folder - please post the CheckSUR.log file when complete. Note that it can take anywhere from 5 minutes to a couple of hours to run, depending on how much it has to do, so don't be tempted to cancel it early thinking it's frozen!

Initial run is a fail, see attached error message screen cap. I'll try to redownload and try again.
