    Duplicate windows updates

I've been getting several messages of new updates the last few days and they looked like the same ones. Checking my windows update history, there are 2 updates which have repeated going back to 1st June 2012. I've highlighted most of them in my attachments. This is taking up 41MB of hard drive space each time. What could be going on? At the moment, it wants to install them yet again.

    Welcome
When they come up again, right click on them and then hide. You will not be bothered again.

Thanks for the reply richc. Any idea why it's been doing these duplications, is it fairly normal?

The other thing is this. When I went to the installed updates screen (different from the updates history screen) it only shows the installation of those updates for today, and no previous entries as shown on the history screen. I just uninstalled one of those updates (KB2656351) for today in the hope it might delete all previous entries but it still shows all the previous entries in history. Does this mean that there still several installs of the same update taking up hard drive space? I've re-installed it now and hidden it (and the other one) as they came up again suggesting they weren't already installed.
