OK - a little research as background -
Searching for HealthStatus: 0x0001000000000000
of 164000+ messages in my archive for teh MS Answers forums (now MS Community), there are 22 posts with this problem, in 15 threads
3 of those threads have been in the past week - the latest one prior is dated March, when the rest of the occurences appeared.
At least two cases have involved Norton software.
None have been solved short of a repair install.
In the specialist MS WGA forum:
56 posts, in 23 threads - not all also have your other errors
One user reported that BioShock was involved in the error
..... one was fixed by re-writing the SPPSVC Key! (had 0x80070003 error though - April))
Since the C0000022 error is a permissions one, it may be a good idea to check that first, and see if that changes the error messages.
Please open Regedit
Navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services
right-click on the sppsvc
entry in the left pane - select Permissions
There should be four entries in the Security box
SYSTEM and Administrators should have Full Control and Read permissions ticked
CREATOR OWNER should have 'Special permissions' ticked
Users should have Read permission ticked
(all should be greyed out)
Click on the Advanced button
Click on the Owner tab
The Current Owner should be Administrators (if not, what is it?)
DO NOT change anything at this time!
Close the window, and exit regedit
post your results.
