Windows 7: Update KB2729094 cause Box letters in all over Win 7 x64 OS

Hello guys,



I've been away from my comp for a week, because of faulty psu. I installed new PSU this morning, and there was about 14 Win 7 x64 updates to install. After installation updates, I had strange Box letters all over OS, were not able to read anything, or normal letters start displaying as boxes.

Then I used recovery and restored OS on a safe earlier point. After fixing it, I started eliminating updates one by one.

Conclusion, Update with code KB2729094 is the one causing the issue.

I just marked it as hide this update. For now, I am fine, but wondering will I be need that update in the future, or why this update cause such issue on my system.
